• High-Range Ozone Residual
nnnnnnn= 3 - 5 grams per hour per 5 gpm of bottling flow.

The Bottling Ozone installation consists of an ozonator, ozone injector,
air dryer, contact tank (optional), automatic-actuation switch (optional).

The ozone is typically installed at the end of the line immediately before
bottling. The ozonator is electrically connected to a control circuit that
activates when bottling occurs. The ozone mixes and treats the water
immediately when the circuit activates.

The process is simple and the results are phenomenal. We have many
customers that use our ozonators to “sweeten” the water post RO and
filtration.

When sizing ozone equipment for a job, the same principles apply
whether the job is residential, commercial or industrial,
or under-the-sink.

Every Ozone Pure Water application is individually designed
according to specifications. We will be pleased to quote on your
requirements.

Ozone systems can also be used as the pre-treatment system to
remove iron, sulfur, manganese, color, bacteria, taste and odor.
This will keep your polishing systems such as RO, softeners, and
carbon filters from fouling
